Rummey Design acted as architect, landscape architect and environmental coordinator for this prestigious 4 house scheme within the Greenbelt and a National Landscape. Full consent has now been obtained, after winning an outline consent at Appeal, and detailed design is underway.
The development addresses a host of environmental constraints; National Landscape, Greenbelt, Site of Special Scientific Interest, water quality, Local Area of Conservation etc, on a site which is partly classified as Previously Developed Land.
